ZekronAI ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our API gateway service ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment information when you register or sign in with Google. We automatically collect usage data including API task metadata (timestamps, model used, task counts, generation costs), IP addresses, and browser/client information. We do not persistently store your generation inputs or outputs beyond what is necessary to fulfill and deliver your request.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the Service, to process payments and top-ups, to calculate and display your usage and billing, to detect and prevent fraud and abuse, to send service-related communications such as billing confirmations and security alerts, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Sharing
We process your generation inputs through ZekronAI’s infrastructure to fulfill your requests. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment and hosting providers), under strict confidentiality agreements.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage logs (metadata only — model, task count, cost, timestamp) are retained for 12 months for billing and analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls. API keys are hashed upon creation and cannot be recovered if lost. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your usage history from the dashboard. To request data deletion or a full export, contact us at privacy@zekron.tech. We will respond to requests within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
