1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the ZekronAI API ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
ZekronAI provides a prepaid, pay-per-use API for AI image, video and audio generation. Tasks are processed through ZekronAI’s own routing infrastructure. ZekronAI selects and manages the generation engines behind each model; the specific underlying infrastructure is abstracted away and may change at any time without affecting your integration.
3. Account Registration
You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, to maintain the security of your password, and to promptly update your account information if it changes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate harmful, hateful, or abusive content, to attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the underlying AI models, to resell or share your API keys, or to circumvent any rate limits or security measures. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
5. Billing and Payments
The Service operates on a prepaid credit basis. You must maintain a positive balance to use the Service. Credits are non-refundable except in cases of demonstrable service errors. ZekronAI reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Exchange rates for non-USD payment methods are set by ZekronAI and may change.
6. Data and Privacy
Your generation inputs are processed by ZekronAI’s infrastructure to fulfill your requests. ZekronAI logs usage metadata (task counts, generation costs, timestamps) for billing and security purposes. ZekronAI does not sell your data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
7. Intellectual Property
The ZekronAI platform, branding, and original content are owned by ZekronAI. Ownership and licensing of content generated through the API are governed by these Terms and applicable law. You retain ownership of any content you input, and, subject to compliance with these Terms, of the outputs you generate.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. ZekronAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZekronAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
ZekronAI may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your unused balance may be forfeited if termination is due to a violation.
10. Changes to Terms
ZekronAI may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
