Refund Policy

TL;DR: Credits are generally non-refundable once used. Service errors are always refunded. Unused credits within 30 days may be refunded on request. Contact support@zekron.tech.
General Policy
ZekronAI operates on a prepaid credit model. Credits added to your account are generally non-refundable once they have been used to pay for API requests. This is because costs are incurred in real time when requests are routed to underlying AI model providers.
Refunds for Service Errors
If you are charged for a request that failed due to a ZekronAI platform error (not a provider error or user error), you are entitled to a full refund of the amount charged for that request. Please contact support within 14 days of the incident with the relevant request ID.
Refunds for Unused Credits
Refund requests for unused credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of the initial top-up. Refunds are not available for credits older than 30 days, for accounts that have been terminated due to policy violations, or for credits added via non-reversible payment methods where the gateway does not support refunds.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@zekron.tech with your account email, the amount and date of the charge, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
Payment Gateway Fees
For refunds processed via 2328.io or Alif Pay, please note that payment gateway fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refunded amount. Exchange rate differences for TJS-denominated payments may also apply.
Account Termination
If ZekronAI terminates your account due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, any remaining credit balance will be forfeited and is not eligible for a refund.
